Had a great weekend at this hotel! the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. What I liked the most about this hotel was the amazing gym and fitness facilities, which had brand new workout equipment that was well-maintained. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food options, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

That the hotel was located quite far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore the city. the internet connection was quite slow and made it hard to get work done efficiently.

In love with gulf paradise. I appreciated the location.

the hotel was situated next to many major sights and within 15 mins walk from souq waqif. the fact that the al bidda subway station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

Good 3* hotel, the breakfast was very nice and opens from 6 to 10 which is nice for families with childrens.

No tea pot, no iron, only one small TV, only one shower bath in two bedroom apartment with another bath only. Rooms access are still with keys and has to be returned and collected from rec. But at the end its a three stars hotel and what you pay is what you get.

The hotel staff was efficient and quick to help us in any way they could. All requests were honored in such a pleasant manner. The apartment was roomy, spacious and fairly comfortable.

The hotel could use some upgrading in the apartments. The carpets seemed a little dirty, or warn out. The dining room staff had difficulty keeping tables cleared and the buffet full. Although, they were pleasant and tried their best.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the staff's friendliness and the delicious breakfast options. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impeccably clean, and I appreciated the availability of a prayer room and Quran in the room. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, including the metro, and it was a short drive to the airport with an English-speaking driver.

Nothing everything was great.

The hotel was ok in term of many things, not crowded, near from city center, parking always available.

They have problems with reservations from Booked.net, so it is better to call and check after 1 day from your reservation. The staff is few, which mean you will not get the service quickly.

Spent my Easter weekend in a comfy hotel with great amenities. Really enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms with soft and cozy beds. The breakfast was top-notch, with fresh fruits and crispy bacon. Love the fact that the hotel is located right in the middle of the city, close to major tourist attractions and shopping centers. The staff were friendly, they made check-in swift and effortless.

One major downside of my stay was the constant noise from the cars honking outside the hotel along the busy road, made it difficult to sleep soundly. the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit loud and woke me up occasionally in the middle of the night.

In spite of I did book a single bed room through internet a week before going to that hotel unfortunately when I arrived the manager said me there is no single room avialable. They sent me in a big suit with 3 rooms. They promised as soon as they find a single room they will inform me however they didn'T.

The room's carpet are not clean and should be changed and they have to respect to customer when they are booked something by internet.

don't think about enjoying your time at the hotel, no good entertainment facilities but otherwise the staff were extreme friendly and the room is really comfortable

The hotel is located conveniently near the airport, making it easy to catch an early morning flight. English speaking drivers can be arranged to take guests to the airport quickly and comfortably. the hotel is also close to downtown, making it accessible to explore the city.

There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. In some of the rooms, there were dirty floors, marked walls, grubby furniture, and broken amenities.

Rooms with big space.

Carpets not look so good, furniture are not so modern. No curtains for windows in bathroom, and the windows are also not cleaned.
